We will call you before the actual shoot to get instructions on exactly what you want highlighted in the home. Collaboration is key to our success.

Drone Shoots
Drone photography is dependent upon your shoot location. Due to FAA regulations, some areas are restricted. Some areas may require special permits or additional fees.
Same Day Cancellations
If the photographer is denied entry, or if the shoot is canceled within 24 hours, you forfeit your booking fee.

Insurance
Yes, our photographers and drone pilots are fully insured.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund if you cancel a shoot more than 24 hours in advance.
Additional Fees?
All fees will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the shoot.
Photographer Denied Entry or House Not Ready.
If we are denied entry to the home, we will shoot the exterior of the house and your booking fee/deposit will be charged. Re-schedules will incur a new booking fee/deposit. If the house is not ready to shoot, we will attempt to contact you immediately for instructions. It will be to our discretion to photograph the property "as is" if you can not be contacted.
Travel Charges
We will gladly shoot for you anywhere you wish us to shoot. Our normal service area is within 30 road miles of our office. Shoots that are outside of a 30 mile radius will be charged for additional mileage. Your photographer will communicate with you any additional charges prior to the shoot.
