Prior to the shoot we will put together a shot list of items to highlight as well as agree on the number of shots, rooms, time of day, etc.  The number of photos I shoot will always be to your satisfaction.

Photos that are overly saturated with color look fake and do nothing to enhance your reputation.  Using a refined approach to make sure your property looks real, but also real good, is the goal.

Not all shooting days are equal.  But realistically replacing the sky to insure pleasing photos is a guarantee.   

We are FAA licensed and insured pilots.  If your listing needs an aerial shot we will get it done.  

You will be granted a license to use the photos you commission to market your listing.  Use them on MLS, social media or in print.
